This Transmission was recorded in two parts at separate times on the same day (today as I post this). The second part offers new intel that became available as the phase described while it was happening in the opening segment had come to a close.
All individual human timelines were emptied and cleared out over approx 24 hours (which included the eclipse period) of Sun Mar 24 - Mon Mar 25.
This was necessary for certain underlying architecture to be upgraded and to protect them during the eclipse which is explained further in the part 2 section.
They began dropping back into place Mon Mar 25th around 3:33pm PT.
